The new law is retroactive for tax credits to eligible employees hired on or after &lt;date year="2007" day="3" month="8" w:st="on"&gt;August 3, 2007&lt;/date&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;</Description>
