        <Summary>With summer here, employers need to make sure that their employees are taking steps to protect them from heat stress. OSHA has given some very helpful tips to help protect from heat illness.</Summary>
        <Description>&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Know the signs and symptoms of heat-related illnesses; monitor yourself and coworkers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Block out direct sun or other heat sources.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Use cooling fans/air-conditioning; rest regularly.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Drink lots of water; about 1 cup every 15 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Wear lightweight, light colored, loosed-fitting clothes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Avoid alcohol, caffeinated drinks, or heavy metals.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;OSHA provides a quick card as a reminder for your employees on how to prevent heat stress.
